Adithya Pratama

A native Jakartan with a true love and passion for his food -especially pastries and desserts, with much devotion towards creating new ways for people to enjoy their sweets.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy, Adith has worked in several establishment, recently for Marina Bay Sands Singapore where he worked with great pastry chefs alike: Alejandro Luna, Janice Wong of 2AM Dessert Bar, Frederic Bourse and Stephane Glacier (MOF).

Adith is now back in Jakarta as a Pastry Chef for Indonesia’s biggest Chocolate shop chain Dapur Cokelat. Striving towards providing Jakarta with a great addition to the F&B industry, he is also preparing few brands to be launched under his supervision in the future.
